Each Lavanderita Coin (LC) balance is valid for *12 months* from the purchase date, giving you full flexibility to plan and use marketing services at your own pace.
Need more time? You can extend your balance validity for an additional *3 months* with a *5 LC renewal fee*, ensuring your investment never goes to waste.

* LC balances are *non-refundable* and *non-transferable, unless officially approved by **Lavanderita Advertising*.
* Coins can be *partially redeemed*, allowing you to use only what you need for each service.
* LC can be *combined with cash payments* if your service value exceeds your available balance.
* All service prices in LC are *locked and fixed* throughout the validity period, protecting you from price changes.
* Your LC balance is fully *transparent and trackable* through your *Lavanderita CRM system*, so you always know how much you have and how it’s being used.
